Ace & Burlington offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Returns are not sent to the registered address above. When you register a return we send you the correct returns address and instructions. Our fulfilment centre is located outside the United Kingdom, so return postage may cost more than a domestic return.

Section 3 — General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us. Headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Where an order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
