You only need to use this form if you wish to cancel your order. You do not have to use it — any clear statement of your decision to cancel, sent by email, is equally valid.

The fastest way to cancel

Email info@aceandburlington.com with your order number and the words “I wish to cancel”. We will confirm receipt and send you the returns instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have received our confirmation and the correct returns address.

Your cancellation rights in short

• Your total return window is 30 days from the day you receive the last item in your order.
• The first 14 days of that window are your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The remaining days are our own goodwill extension. Both run from delivery — they do not add together.
• After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them — whichever comes first.
• Return postage is paid by you, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
